Tatyana Bailey describes herself as a military brat, both of her parents were in the Navy so she is no stranger to moving. In fact, she has lived in five states.

In 2005, Tatyana moved to Maryland from San Diego, CA and planted her own roots. She has resided in Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, and currently Charles County. Her exceptional knowledge of Maryland’s geography is an added benefit that will assist you with your home buying or selling experience.

She is an active member of the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce currently sitting on the Sports, Hospitality, and Entertainment Committee, Women in Business Development Committee, and a Founding member of the Next Gen(eration) Committee.

Tatyana loves all things real estate – from architectural structure to interior design. Her other passions include: beauty, wellness, serving others and the community, fitness, Salsa, Bachata and when time permits, relaxing. She has two daughters, 6 and 8, who are involved in martial arts and looking forward to following in mommy’s Realtor® footsteps.
